Partner Terms

These terms apply to businesses (“Partners”) that register on Stash and submit deals. By registering you agree to them.

1. Who can register

You must be authorized to act for the business you register and to offer the discounts you submit.

2. Your deals

• You decide the offer, the dates and the redemption code.
• You're responsible for honoring every approved deal for members who show the code during the dates you set, within the terms you published.
• Your deal must be accurate and not misleading, and must comply with the law. Deals including alcohol are for people 21 and over, and you are responsible for checking ID.
• Don't submit a code that is already in use as a different public offer.

3. Review and removal

We review each deal before it appears in the app. We may decline, ask for changes to, pause or remove any deal or Partner at any time. Editing an approved deal sends it back to review and takes it down until it is approved again.

4. Your name and logo

You allow Stash to show your business name (and any logo you provide) in the app and on the website to promote your listing. Contact us to withdraw this permission.

5. Fees

There is currently no fee to register or list deals. If that changes we'll tell you first.

6. Your private link

Partner access is through a private link instead of a password. Keep it private. Anyone with it can view and change your deals, and you're responsible for activity under your link.

7. No guarantees

We don't guarantee any number of views, visits or sales. Stash is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses.
